We are currently in the process of facilitating a strategic community-wide model that will increase opportunities for Columbus youth and young adults to obtain and retain residential construction employment. Our youth will be competent and understand the process to renovate and repair residential properties built before 1978 in the urban core. The program will revitalize our neighborhoods by repairing blighted, vacant and foreclosed housing in low income neighborhoods.
CORE has positioned itself as a viable community based resource center and has become known for quality and compassionate services. CORE is a place where individuals can receive assistance and guidance, while maintaining their dignity.
Our mission is to bridge the gap between the many social service agencies in central Ohio by connecting the many resources together to expand the quality of services to our community. We strive to empower and inform our community of the many services available that may have previously been untapped or utilized on a very limited basis.
